south dakota abortion ban

it really looks like this thing might pass. and the governor has said he'd sign it. of course, those who still use reason and public health as guides in their actions will file for an immediate injunction on the law. but, honestly, playing with women's health and lives for the sake of a test case...reprehensible at best.
