Okay, so the Pennsylvania legislature has oh so graciously decided to forego the raises they gave themselves this summer. During the state's budget debate, Gov. Rendell insisted that there would be no raises if his proposed Medicaid cuts were not also passed. Both the cuts and the raises were passed.
